Manufacturing Team Members will have opportunities to work across functions within the Supply Chain organization and will demonstrate consistent flexibility in contributing to the success of Torani by utilizing their skills to:

  • Bring a sense of ownership and accountability to all work tasks or activities you are asked to participate in.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable and consistent.
  • Effectively and safely operate industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Perform duties across functions including batching, processing, packing, sanitation, palletizing, forklift operation, and warehousing.
  • Have sufficient technical knowledge to perform preventive maintenance as needs arise.
  • Safely work with cleaning materials.
  • Consistently deliver personal and team Safety, Quality, Customer Delight!, Cost, and Team Improvement Objectives.
  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner.
  • Work well as part of a team, making the Team better by being a productive and considerate team member.
  • Read, understand, and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Adhere to all Quality and GMP requirements.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What the successful candidate will bring to Torani:

  • High School Diploma or GED, some college or college degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use a PC
  • Ability to understand written and spoken English
  • Math and data collection skills
  • Mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Ability to contribute to a values-based team
  • Pass a physical abilities assessment
  • Demonstrated values-based desire and commitment 
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience working in a Food or Beverage manufacturing or distribution center environment
