•Perform duties across functions including batching, processing, packing, sanitation, palletizing, forklift operation, and warehousing.

•Have sufficient technical knowledge to perform preventive maintenance as needs arise.

•Safely work with cleaning materials.

•Consistently deliver personal and team Safety, Quality, Customer Delight!, Cost, and Team Improvement Objectives.

•Perform all tasks in a safe manner.

•Work well as part of a team, making the Team better by being a productive and considerate team member.

•Read, understand, and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

•Adhere to all Quality and GMP requirements.

•Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.

•Other duties as assigned.

•High School Diploma or GED, some college or college degree preferred

•5 years experience in a food manufacturing environment

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to use a PC

•Ability to understand written and spoken English

•Math and data collection skills

•Mechanical/electrical aptitude

•Ability to contribute to a values-based team

•Pass a physical abilities assessment

•Demonstrated values-based desire and commitment 

•Ability to work overtime

•Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
