Deceuninck North America (DNA) is hiring Manufacturing Associates for its Monroe, OH facility. Our associates are provided the necessary training to perform a variety of manufacturing tasks within their assigned department (extrusion, lamination, compounding, or reclaim). Essential Duties:

  • Perform all required duties in a safe manner by following all company policies & procedures
  • Complete All assigned work with a focus on quality
  • Must have excellent attendance and be on time prepared to work for every shift scheduled
  • Works well with others. Strives to resolve conflict in a positive manner
  • Basic Math skills i.e.: addition, subtraction, division, reading a tape measure
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. on a repeated basis
  • Bend, walk, sit and stand for up to an 11.5 hour shift
  • Push, pull, wrap and maneuver equipment and product
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and good worth ethic
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Ability and willingness to arrive on time to work all of their scheduled work days with occasional additional overtime shifts
  • Assist other associates as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Can read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Can communicate with co-workers in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but simple written or oral instructions.
  • 1 year minimum stable work history
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

The employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud requiring hearing protection.
