Westpark Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located near Houston in Richmond, TX. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be a member of the leadership team at Westpark Springs. Our team drives a “Clinical First” attitude to help fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”.  Responsible for the oversight of all clinical treatment programs of patients receiving treatment for psychiatric, and substance abuse issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director assures that high quality clinical care is provided and that clinical functions are integrated. Director supervises individual and group counseling and develops and implements a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities/processes. Oversees discharge planning to ensure an optimal post hospital transition. Responsible for ensuring that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards.

Position Details:
  • Assures that high quality clinical care is provided and that clinical functions are integrated.
  • Supervises family and group counseling and develops, implements, and supervises a variety of therapeutic treatment processes.
  • Oversees discharge planning to ensure an optimal post hospital transition.
  • Ensures that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work
  • Current unencumbered clinical social work license
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
  • Previous experience in inpatient healthcare required. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required.
Compensation:
  • $2,000.00 Sign On Bonus
