Clinical Program Manager
Full Time Exempt
Changes Highland Springs is an outpatient treatment facility in Solon, Ohio. The facility offers outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to children, adolescents and their families. As the Clinical Program Manager, you will be a member of the leadership team for Changes, our offsite partial hospitalization location. Our team drives a “Clinical First” attitude to help fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical treatment programs of patients receiving treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Programs.

    Position Details
  • Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.
  • Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process
  • Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated
  • Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • State Licensure (LSW, LPC or higher)
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
  • Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
  • Inpatient healthcare experience.
  • Prior management experience.
