Rock Springs - Receptionist
1 (PRN - as needed) position available 
(daytime/weekday/weekends)
 
Rock Springs is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital located in Georgetown, TX, just north of Austin, TX. We offer inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults and their families. At Rock Springs  we are dedicated and focus Changing People’s Lives.  The Receptionist/Clerk plays a vital role in the evaluation and admission process by providing an exceptional experience for the patient.  Our patient-centric approach delivers superior outcomes.

Position Details:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service when greeting guest and receiving calls.
  • Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, message taking.
  • Following of information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. 
  • Assist departmental staff in the patient assessment and admission process. 
  • Entering data accurately and timely
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous Clerical and customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous work with confidential information preferred
