Job Details:
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the physician, and advance practice provider recruitment efforts for Springstone within their assigned region.  This will be achieved by collaborating with the executive and senior leadership teams within the Springstone organization. As well as owning and driving the recruitment process from start to finish.  This position will be a key member of the HR team and reports to the Senior Director of Recruiting.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment of physician, and advance practice providers for the Springstone organization within an assigned area.
  • Advise and collaborate with the following key teams and team members within the Springstone organization
    • Central Admin Office – HR Team
    • Office Managers in the Louisville and Pittsburgh locations
    • VP of Physician Services
    • Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Medical Officer
    • Hospital/Market CEOs
    • Executive and Senior Leadership teams
    • Hospital Human Resource Directors
    • Medical Directors
    • Others team members when directed by the Senior Director of Recruiting
  • Execute all aspects of the recruitment process, including compliance with standardized recruitment processes, protocols, procedures and timelines
  • Complete intake sessions with hiring leaders to develop a solid understanding of the position including the business need of the position, compensation details and interview panel members
  • Develop a sound knowledge of market, regional and national competitors of the Springstone organization
  • Educate and collaborate with executive and senior leadership teams regarding the recruitment process, market availability of candidates, compensation updates, specialty trends, and other key components
  • Partner with hospital CEOs, medical directors, executive and senior leaders to help build a continual pipeline of candidates.
  • Advertise our opportunities through, job boards, various social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
  • Source candidates through various databases, ATS,  job boards, and social media platforms
  • Pre-screen candidates to introduce them to the Springstone organization, screen for behavioral, culture and/or clinical fit
  • Send candidate summaries and CV/Resume to hiring leaders
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including pre-screening, scheduling of phone interviews,
  • Maintain working knowledge of offer letter and provider contract process
  • Assist with contract and offer negotiations
  • Prepare and maintain candidate status report via Smartsheet
  • Submit weekly recruiting summary to Senior Director of Recruiting
  • Participate in weekly provider recruiting update calls
  • Participate in physician recruitment strategy meetings as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive candidate information in the ATS and Talent Network systems
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 5 years of in-house provider recruiting experience required
  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
  • Previous experience using formalized applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Reside within the eastern or central time zone required
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Available to work before or after business hours when needed to screen candidates
  • Travel Requirements: 10-15%
