Position Summary:
 
The Program Director will work closely with the Regional Director and Program Sponsor and  will be accountable for the oversight of the opioid treatment program including, operations, staffing, human resources, contracting, patient satisfaction, safety, compliance and responsibilities delegated by the Program Sponsor, Regional Director and Medical Director.  The Program Director will provide leadership and management to enable the program to meet its goals and objectives, providing a safe, clinically effective, efficient and profitable environment.  The Program Director will maintain a culture of teamwork, collaboration and commitment, embodying Springstone’s mission, vision and values. The Program Director will be responsible for meeting all state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
  • Substance abuse or addiction counselor with a license or certification. LCAC, LAC, CADAC or mental health counseling license with substance use disorder training/certificate.  
  • May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment.
Experience:
  • Preferred experience in providing services to individuals with chemical dependency patients.
  • Three (3) years of work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services preferred.
