The Marketing Coordinator position focuses on supporting our retail program and field sales and marketing managers. This role orchestrates the calendar and logistical execution of the company’s retail product demos and customer trade shows. They are the point person for our sales team in managing the logistics of demo execution, answering questions to support the external team and manage and track the progress along the way to ensure maximum cost and resource efficiency of our demo spend.
•Managing the calendar of demos as reported by our external sales managers. Proactively soliciting demo information from each sales manager
•Maintain demo supply inventory, responsible for reordering supplies and facilitating order fulfillment
•Coordination with field managers on schedules, product prioritization and demo guidelines
•Review demo reports for compliance, identify areas of improvement and work towards building a user friendly, efficient and effective demo process
•Capture demo results, review information and match execution against annual plan
•Communication of success stories & key learnings to Field Marketing Manager
•Evaluate program, suggest areas of improvement and be proactive in problem solving, applying process and increasing the impact of Navitas’s efforts.
•Maintain proactive, open communication with external field marketing team and Sales Directors
•Collaborate with internal creative team on building demo assets
•Manage logistics and participation at retail focused trade shows

•Bachelor's degree required
•Consumer packaged goods or retail marketing experiences a plus.

•A hands-on team player who can also operate independently.
•Must be able to meet coummunicated schedules and deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a production environment environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently.
•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
•Must be organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
•Self-confident, collaborative, knowlegeable and an analytical thinker. Must demonstrate good judgement and the ability to take action as appropriate. Ability to handle daily work details accurately, as well as other projects, and dive-in and learn the business.
