Project Manage, enhance, analyze and provide solutions for our digital marketing assets including our website, social media channels, online media buys and online vendor collaborations. Bring forward best in class digital marketing practices and apply them to the Navitas Brand in order to build brand loyalty, educate consumers and promote sales. Be an advocate for the consumer experience of our digital platforms. Provide solutions for the company such that we are leveraging technology to improve our communication, work efficiently and provide stellar service around our products.
•Manage the creation and optimization of online assets and campaigns. Identify opportunities and recommendations for maximizing our presence on digital platforms.
•Continually track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of all online efforts
•Manage and track online and web management spends.
•Manage and execute all SEO and paid search campaigns and post boosts.
•Oversee web vendor relationship
•Maintain the website for copy, grammar & brand consistency.
•Manage online content calendar. Develop social media community plans for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any emerging platforms with the Social Media Coordinator
•Provide direction to Social Media Coordinator
•Oversee content library- retiring and editing old content and leading development of new content.
•Work with designers and vendors to create and optimize creative.
•Orchestrate monthly newsletter, project manage asset collection, sending of the newsletter, list maintenance and analytic reports.
•Evaluates new digital tools and platforms for fit with the brand and company priorities.
•Reviews department metrics to determine the effectiveness and viability of developed campaigns; develops alternate strategies to improve campaigns.
•Acts as the digital media expert for the purpose of internal brainstorms and collaborations.
•Tracks best in class practices of each social media platform, brings those in house and suggests applications for bettering the Navitas consumer experience. Provides information on emerging technologies and other relevant information in the digital marketing space.
•Participates in department and interdepartmental planning and management teams; works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization.
Desired Skills & Experience
•Passionate about digital consumer interactions and superfoods.
•Previous digital marketing experience (2-4 year) with demonstrated successful consumer campaigns or websites developed.
•Deep knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and market trends
•Extremely Internet savvy. Active presence on multiple social platforms.
•Solid background in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and paid search Excellent communicator who takes direction well and is willing to learn (and sometimes teach)
•Familiarity with recent web design trends, SEO, architecture principles/techniques.
•Knowledge of Wordpress (custom Wordpress knowledge a plus)
•Experience working with integration of web content across multiple platforms- i.e.- properly integrate video onto blog, website + social media outlets
•Bachelor's degree required
•Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can be scrappy, creative & resourceful while also building structure and process.
•Inspired by Navitas Naturals brand look/feel. Good eye for aesthetics and design abilities
•Consumer packaged goods or food industry experiences a plus.
•A hands-on team player who can also operate independently.
•Give and receive feedback- direct a team
•Experience with web-based programs and NetSuite or other similar ERP systems.
•Must be able to meet coummunicated schedules and deadline.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a production environment environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently.
•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
•Must be organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
•Self-confident, collaborative, knowlegeable and an analytical thinker. Must demonstrate good judgement and the ability to take action as appropriate. Ability to handle daily work details accurately, as well as other projects, and dive-in and learn the business.
