Act as the brand and product champion for all things digital. Lead our website build, web advertising, digital marketing assets and social media strategy. Act as a liaison between the company, our consumers and our agency partners to ensure that our brand and products are best represented in the digital medium. Bring forward best in class digital marketing practices and apply them to the Navitas Brand in order to build brand loyalty, showcase products and educate consumers. Be an advocate for the consumer experience of our digital marketing tools: website, social media, customer interactions. Provide solutions for the company such that we are improving our marketing communication, working efficiently and providing stellar service and education around our products.
•Build consumer relevant, digitally saavy online marketing strategy to best represent our products and brand. Champion the brand voice and graphic standards across digital executions.
•Update and maintain the website, including all content, promotions, graphics and back end functionality
•Manage outside vendors and cross functional teams to support the development and maintenance of the Navitas website and other digital marketing initiatives
•Work with cross functional teams: IT, sales, customer service, graphics and marketing to reflect current needs and best information on our online campaigns and website
•Create and manage online consumer promotions.
•Continually track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of online efforts including site visits, ad campaigns, search terms, social media metrics
•Manage online content plan. Execute social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any emerging platforms with the Social Media Coordinator
•Provide direction to Social Media Coordinator
•Orchestrate monthly newsletter, project manage asset collection, sending of the newsletter, list maintenance and analytic reports
•Acts as the digital media expert for the purpose of internal brainstorms and collaborations
•Tracks best in class practices of each social media platform, brings those in house and suggests applications for bettering the Navitas consumer experience. Provides information on emerging technologies and other relevant information in the digital marketing space
•Participates in department and interdepartmental planning and management teams; works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
•Passionate about digital consumer interactions and superfoods.
•Previous digital marketing experience (2-4 year) with demonstrated successful consumer campaigns or websites developed.
•Deep knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and market trends
•Extremely Internet savvy. Active presence on multiple social platforms.
•Knowledge of Wordpress (custom Wordpress knowledge a plus)
•Solid background in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and paid search. Highly adept in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other marketing platforms
•Experience working with integration of web content across multiple platforms- i.e.- properly integrate video onto blog, website + social media outlets
•Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can be scrappy, creative & resourceful while also building structure and process
•Inspired by Navitas Naturals brand look/feel. Good eye for aesthetics and design abilities
•Consumer packaged goods or food industry experiences desired.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a production environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently.
•Must be organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
•Self-confident, collaborative, knowlegeable and an analytical thinker. Must demonstrate good judgement and the ability to take action as appropriate. Ability to handle daily work details accurately, as well as other projects, and dive-in and learn the business.
