General Overview
We are a rapidly-growing and highly-capable UX team who are tasked with building experiences for a global audience in eight languages. Our team collaborates with product groups, developers, and others to deliver intuitive and innovative solutions in an Agile environment. We endeavor to add a user centric perspective in all aspects of our process.

Our UX Designers are responsible for shaping the experiences of our users through a range of tools and services. Working in a team, and independently, they create experiences informed by user needs and business objectives.

They also help craft engaging, and interactive, layouts that transform our feature stories into memorable experiences.

The person in this position will collaborate with other UX designers, visual designers, developers, product owners, marketing, and content creators.

You Will Have
  • 3+ years of professional experience with design and development of interactive software interfaces and/or website.
  • BA/BS in a relevant field or an equivalent demonstrated mix of education and experience
  • Flexibility of approach in providing, or creating, the best solutions based on product/team need
  • Ability to perform all user testing/research related tasks
  • Working knowledge of industry standards, protocols, and methodologies for both responsive and app design
  • Ability to synthesize user testing/research findings into clear guidance for team members, stakeholders, developers, and others
  • Proficiency in industry standard prototyping tools for static and interactive deliverables
  • Proficiency in industry standard visual design tools to create high-fidelity mockups
  • Experience working in a DSDM/Agile/Lean iterative project management/development model
  • Ability to articulate your concepts and design decisions
  • Online portfolio, ideally, with detailed examples that illustrate the challenges you were tasked with, solutions you provided, and how they performed

  • You have an interest in UX beyond applications and websites. 
You Will Be Responsible For
  • Providing UX function as part of a cross-functional team
  • Working with Data Analyst to inform decision making and direction
  • Building relationships with key SMEs to gain deeper insights
  • Managing relationships with research related vendors
  • Participating in and/or leading user-experience research and usability studies
  • Participating in, and contributing to, regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts
