General Overview


The Business Process Manager will be responsible for:

  • Process Improvement Projects
  • Process Documentation
  • KPI/Metric Identification
  • Control Plan Development
  • Support Process Workshops & Kaizen Events
  • Change Management
  • Project Management


The preferred candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of experience process analysis and/or process management
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • A background in marketing/communications



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience required
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Specific Duties

  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and/or process being examined (process improvement/reengineering projects).
  • Responsible for drilling down to root cause, and identifying patterns/trends in quality themes.
  • Responsible for investigating, problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Evaluates internal processes and recommends process improvements.
  • Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, process maps, functional specification documents, use cases, test cases, and other project documents as needed.


Budget Responsibility

  • Responsible for developing project costs utilizing current metrics.
  • May be asked to assist in annual budgeting.
