24X5 Days (Night/ Rotational shifts) and on call.
Provide third-level technical support for Office 365 Exchange. Setup and support for all Exchange online services and technology. Troubleshooting Exchange issues and responding to user questions. Provide support and administrative assistance to team for all other Office 365 technologies including but not limited to Skype, OneDrive, Teams, Groups and SharePoint. Train and mentor other team members to assist with Office 365 Exchange support and administration.
Education & Experience
Graduate from any stream or Post Graduation from any stream.
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as Office 365 Exchange Administrator
MCSA, MCITP or MCSE, ITL (certified will be advantage)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including technical writing and documentation
Knowledge and Skills
Office 365 Exchange administration – third level
Deep understanding of mailflow, Outlook desktop client
Active Directory users, groups and object management and Active Directory Sync
Experience in PowerShell, specifically for Office 365 Exchange administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of IT Service Management, working of helpdesk
Ability to work as a team player
Office 365 Administration in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Groups and/or Skype
On premise Exchange administration experience
Azure setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting
Identity management, SSO, SAML knowledge
ITIL Foundation understanding
Underlying understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing
Self-learner on required technologies and changing technology
Active Directory, DNS and DHCP general knowledge
Exchange Online configuration following best practices including:
Exchange online second and third-level support
Account creation including Office 365 provisioning, Active Directory security groups for shared drive and application access
General account creation duties for other applications
Manage security of Exchange
General Office 365 Administration
Office 365 monitoring including checking email alerts with appropriate action to resolve
Ensure all tickets are resolved timely based on appropriate SLA’s
Support and administrate Office 365 cloud services as directed
Exchange online health checking
Other duties as assigned
ITOI, IT and general business
Microsoft or other vendors as needed
Computer, servers and online services
