Program Control Analyst

Security Clearance: Minimum of a Secret clearance and able to obtain DHS suitability

We are seeking a Program Analyst to support senior government personnel for program control activities. This position will work in support of the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the Network Security Deployment (NSD) program. This position supports the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program Management Office. The Program Control Specialist needs to be an effective communicator with the ability to contribute, develop, articulate, author, and communicate data and concepts in discussions, presentations, position papers, and decision analyses.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Perform integrated program control activities to ensure program and project management status information is effectively and efficiently portrayed in a timely manner through program reviews, performance metrics, program compliance, government stakeholder meetings, project presentations, and project status updates.
  • Assist the government in defining appropriate schedule activities and integrate the schedule activities for select stakeholders. In addition, be prepared to, maintain and update the schedules, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of the schedules and incorporate findings within status reports and other products as necessary.
  • Support the government in monitoring and ensuring all, schedule and technical performance measures and integrated tracked, monitored and communicated.
  • Coordinate the logistics for government meetings to include: preparing meeting presentations, organizing an agenda, and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Organize, design, and maintain control of a project SharePoint site.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manual to asset management in operating more efficient and effectively.
  • Participate in government solution development meetings, compiling government feedback into a comprehensive white paper.
  • Attend meetings with senior management and take minutes during meetings and prepare for government review and distribution.
  • Monitor and ensure all cost, schedule and technical performance measures are integrated, tracked, monitored and communicated
Education and other requirements:
  • US Citizen
  • Current Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability (current DHS Suitability preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 3+ years of experience gathering, organizing and analyzing information and data from multiple sources to provide analysis to leadership
  • Experience compiling and analyzing information from multiple sources to prepare comprehensive white papers, studies, and presentations (highly preferred)
  • Experience attending meetings with senior management and taking minutes during meetings and prepare for government review and distribution preferred. 
  • Ability to organize stakeholder meetings to include: its agenda, presentation material, facility, and invitations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple on-going projects and tasks, to include: managing contract deliverables, data calls and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ability to contribute, develop, articulate, author and communicate thoughtful, well organized information, data and concepts in discussions, presentations, position papers, decision analysis and reports
  • Experience coordinating or leading cross-functional teams to achieve mission needs
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
