Culmen International LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to work in support of the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the Network Security Deployment (NSD) program.  This position supports the Enhanced Cybersecurity Services (ECS) PMO. The Program Analyst will work on-site with the government in a mixed government and contractor environment. The work requires a high level of professionalism, performance, and accountability. 
Role and responsibilities include:
  • Perform integrated program control activities to ensure program and project management status information is effectively and efficiently portrayed in a timely manner through government stakeholder meetings, project presentations, and project status updates.
  • Participate in government solution development meetings, compiling government feedback into a comprehensive report.
  • Assist the government in defining appropriate schedule activities and integrate the schedule activities for select stakeholders. In addition, be prepared to, maintain and update the schedules, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of the schedules and incorporate findings within status reports and other products as necessary.
  • Coordinate the logistics for government meetings to include: preparing meeting presentations, organizing an agenda, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders and taking meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain control of a project SharePoint site.
  • Provide administrative support to a government Program Manager and supported office.
Education and other requirements include:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current Secret security clearance (at a minimum)
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability (required to start work)
  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline (this position does not allow experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in gathering, compiling and analyzing information from multiple sources to prepare comprehensive reports, studies, and presentations.
  • Ability to organize stakeholder meetings to include: agenda, presentation material, facility, and invitations.
  • Possesses the organizational skills to manage multiple on-going projects and tasks, to include: managing contract deliverables, data calls and stakeholder feedback.
  • An effective communicator with the ability to contribute, develop, articulate, author and communicate thoughtfully. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
  • Possess strong writing and editing grammar abilities, with attention to detail.  Ability to edit government documents and deliverables and distribute for approval.
  • Ability to develop basic PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to track deliverables, taskings, requirements, suspenses, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook.
