Culmen International, LLC is seeking an exceptional junior to mid-level candidate to fill an immediate contractor position on a U.S. government nonproliferation program. Qualified candidates will have experience providing direct support to federal government programs. 

Security Clearance Requirement: Must have a current DoE Q to be considered

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Weekly program actions/events tracking and reporting
  • Lead the completion of program taskers
  • Lead the development and completion of briefings and briefing books
  • Manage client’s calendar and day-to-day schedule
  • Plan/coordinate client’s OCONUS travel
  • Meeting coordination, logistics, and note-taking; provide same support working-level teams
  • Report/deliverable reviews
  • Work with Budget Team and program leadership to ensure budget is executed on schedule
  • Organizational management; ensure program leadership is prepared for meetings/briefings
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
Education and other requirements include:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active DOE Q Clearance is mandatory – Secret or TS not acceptable.
  • B.A./B.S. Degree or higher degree with strong collaboration skills
  • 1-3 years working experience in federal government sector
  • Experience working in a U.S. government security program preferred
  • Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, fast learner, detail oriented, strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
  • Experience in nonproliferation field preferred
