Culmen International, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a potential contract in support of the Department of Defense as a member of our Fleet Readiness Center South East (FRCSE) Fleet Support Team (FST). Qualified candidates shall have prior maintenance experience with Aviation Armament Equipment and a familiarity with Aviation Fuel containment in the Navy or Marine Corps.
 
Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Accept, inspect, assess, disassemble, segregate, store, and issue AAE and FC/ARS equipment in accordance with (IAW) current Naval technical publications and instructions.
  • Conduct cannibalization/salvage activities to recover parts and components for reuse, following specifications provided by the FRCSE FST.
  • Maintain inventory records for all customer equipment (end items, parts, and components).
  • Perform inventory management and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for up to 6000 individual AAE items with multiple configurations for each, by utilizing the All Weapons Information System (AWIS). 
  • Support the Culmen Program Manager in the procurement of parts and components for the FST, conducting product research and identifying recommended sources for acquisition. 
  • Support the program’s needs for technical directive kits (bundling, packaging, and issue).
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to assist AAE and FC/ARS program managers.  
  • Assist with packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and preservation activities in support of AAE and FC/ARS equipment, parts, and components in accordance with Naval customer requirements.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Current / Eligible for a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree. Additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirements.
  • 6-8 years of experience handling or performing maintenance on Naval AAE and FC/ARS using technical manuals.
Desired Experience:
  • An understanding of Naval aviation maintenance sustainment concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Performing inventory activities including receipt inspections for Naval aviation assets and managing Equipment History Record (EHR) cards, filing, and retrieving process documentation.
  • Warehousing and supply chain operations; such as packaging, handling, storage, and transportation to include proper and accurate identification, segregation, and labeling of equipment and components.
  • Ability to input data and produce reports from AWIS.
  • An understanding of how to utilize NALCOMIS for maintenance reporting and tracking.
  • An understanding of how logistics support documentation and source data are utilized.
