Banquet Chef

Location: Geneva National Golf Club

Description:
The Banquet Chef will coordinate, synchronize, and define all banquet day-to-day operations. Highly qualified and responsible professional capable of working any position in the kitchen. Focus is, but not limited to all Banquet meals, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Supervises and assists all culinary and sanitation personnel working on Banquet food preparation.

Desired Skills and Proficiencies:
High school or equivalent education required. Associate degree in culinary field preferred. 5 years prior culinary experience. Food sanitation certificate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of work place safety procedures. Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of activities
