Essential Functions

Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
 

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Sets up, maintains, breaks down and cleans prep cook workstation.
  2. Prepares all required items.
  3. Sets up service units with needed items.
  4. Serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards.
  5. Notifies Chef in advance of expected shortages.
  6. Ensures that assigned workstation and equipment are clean and sanitary.
  7. Assists the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in work areas.
  8. Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times.
  9. Requisitions supplies needed to produce items on the menus.
  10. Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
  11. Covers, dates and properly stores all leftover products that are re-usable.
  12. Assists with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
  13. Maintains the highest sanitary standards.
