As a Front Desk Agent at the Holiday Inn DTW, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. You should also possess a natural talent for providing high-quality customer service. You must also possess the unique ability to ensure that each and every guest that walks through our doors feels valued, appreciated and a conviction that they made the right decision as selecting us as their Hotel of choice.
