Human Resources Coordinator (Entry Level), Part-time - Benefit eligible
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources and Office Support
DIRECT REPORTS: None
STATUS: Non-Exempt (20 hours/week) Preferred schedule: 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday
Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department (primarily in the areas of recruitment and development) and Reception area.
HR/RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES (20 hours per week)
AMOUNT OF TRAVEL REQUIRED: None
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The ideal candidate will have 1 year of HR, administrative/reception experience. Excellent organizational skills are essential. Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are a must; computer proficiency; familiarity with MS Office; proficiency with Word and Excel software. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal lifting required.
