Prelude is a comprehensive fertility company focused on providing people with the best options for meeting their family-building goals. Using a proactive approach to fertility care, Prelude aims to improve people's chances of having healthy babies when they are ready. Audubon Surgery Center is a part of Prelude Fertility.
Audubon is a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center and fertility laboratory serving New Orleans and the surrounding communities. Opened in 2013, it features two operating rooms equipped with the latest technology, an in vitro fertilization (IVF) lab as well as an andrology suite to specifically address and treat male reproductive issues.
In addition to advanced reproductive surgery, a variety of urologic procedures are performed at the surgery center for conditions including kidney stones, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, benign prostate hyperplasia, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders. Pain management procedures are also offered at Audubon as well as plastic surgery procedures, such as cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, midface and forehead.
Audubon is unlike any other physician’s office, surgery center or hospital setting. Our facility is specially designed for ease of access and, most importantly, your comfort. The staff at Audubon is dedicated to providing the best patient experience in an optimal environment, which maximizes comfort, convenience and patient-focused amenities. We continue to exceed the national goals for quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
Audubon is a Louisiana State licensed facility and maintains Medicare certification. The surgery center has also achieved accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Status as an accredited facility means Audubon has met nationally recognized standards set by the AAAHC for the provision of quality health care
