Scope of Role
CFSI is seeking a detail oriented, flexible, and tech savvy Operations Associate to join our Shared Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, this position will require the ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational and technical skills and possess clear and accurate communication skills. The Operations Associate will provide support to CFSI’s Financial Health Network by executing our financial and administrative processes, while providing excellent customer service to our internal Relationship Managers, and the Network Member companies they support. In collaboration with the General Manager, the Operations Associate will also support the Program team by conducting quality control on project management and other business processes, developing reports, and assisting with financial and administrative processes. The Operations Associate must be an adaptable and responsive generalist with the ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Network Membership Support:
  • Support the Network renewal process and onboard new Network members by communicating with members, managing the accounts receivable process in collaboration with Accounting, updating CFSI’s database, and handling contract review in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Operations
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of Network companies and prospects
  • Ensure effective communication and knowledge management with the Relationship Managers and other CFSI staff engaging with the client
Program Team Support:
  • Support financial and administrative processes through quality assurance, data gathering and analysis, and research into relevant tools (such as capacity and project management tools).
  • Contribute to reporting by gathering and consolidating data for Program Leadership Team monthly reports and other relevant reports.  
  • Provide quality control on project management and other business processes.
Database Support:
  • Maintain and assemble reports related to current sales, pipeline, projections and related metrics in Salesforce
  • Manage Salesforce campaigns
  • Provide database maintenance and general support
  • With appropriate training, seen as an expert in Salesforce by other CFSI staff
  • Recommend and implement Salesforce process improvements, in collaboration with the Senior  Manager, Operations
  • 2-4 years experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Superior organizational, project and time management skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong technical/computer skills include expert Microsoft Excel skills; Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees and customers and across teams within an organization
  • High degree of flexibility to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment and readily embrace change
  • Strong commitment to CFSI’s mission in advancing consumer financial health
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
