Customer Service Representative (CSR), Nanaimo, BC
 
High Park Company is building a portfolio of adult-use cannabis brands that consumers love. Our mission is to provide the highest-quality products for the adult-use recreational market, and to offer best in class service to our partners and customers.
 
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who have a proven track record of being a top performer, professional and personable. 
 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers by telephone and email to provide information about product types, strains and accessories
  • Solve concerns with a solution-based approach
  • Obtain order requests from customers
  • Process returns
  • Document and address customer concerns, and if necessary refer unresolved issues to relevant departments for follow-up

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • 1-year customer service experience
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills (comprehension, oral, written)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
  • Knowledge of cannabis is an asset
