Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, and working closely with the Inventory Supervisor the Shipping Technician will be responsible for fulfilling the functions required to prepare patient orders for shipment
 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling of shipping transactions of finished and packaged goods
  • Order Picking
  • Order Verification
  • Boxing of packaged product to be shipped
  • Restocking the Store with newly released product
  • Utilizing Acumatica to maintain records of product movement and accuracy
  • Working with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory is kept
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Must have High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of safety protocols
  • Knowledge of material handling (e.g. dollies, forklifts, hand trucks, jacks, pallet trucks and wrapping machinery) with preference given to a holder of a valid forklift license
  • Physically capable to stand, walk, bend and stoop to load and unload orders throughout a shift of work
  • Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Positive outlook, willingness to learn and contribute to company success
  • Ability to take direction and adhere to all company procedures
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Positive contribution and personal commitment/responsibility
