Associate Shopper Marketing Manager - Minneapolis, Minnesota 
 
 
Manitoba Harvest is expanding to deliver transformational growth.  This position will play a key role in the building awareness for and driving trial on Manitoba Harvest branded products at key retailers and in emerging retail channels.  The right candidate will possess a highly collaborative communication style, an ability to form deep trusting relationships, an agile entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and delivering against commitments to keep the business moving and developing.
 
The Associate Shopper Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
  • Lead development of retailer specific marketing programs and promotions that deliver a triple win for the consumer, retailer, and Manitoba Harvest’s CBD, and hemp food brands in the natural channel.
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing Manager, sales, consumer insights, and agencies to deliver high impact programs, drive promotions, and selling tools.
  • Responsible for all SM field-based programs from start to finish including budget, timeline, writing agency briefs, customer presentations, creative reviews, program evaluation, and overall agency guidance.
  • Perform ongoing business analysis and create recommendations for marketing mix elements and other business building initiatives that drive the performance of Manitoba Harvest at assigned retailers
  • Execute Price promotion plan

Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field, MBA a plus
  • 3-5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience
  • Natural channel experience
  • Understanding of promotional tactics, process flow, execution and fulfillment processes
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of consumer behavior in this space
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with working with third party agencies
  • Project Management experience
