Ecommerce Web Sales & Experience Manager - Minneapolis, MN 
Manitoba Harvest is expanding to deliver transformational growth.  This position will play a key role in the development of the digital presence of Manitoba Harvest, liasing with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain.  The right candidate will possess a highly collaborative communication style, an ability to form deep trusting relationships, an agile entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and delivering against commitments to keep the business moving and developing.
The eCommerce Web Sales Manager for Manitoba Harvest will be the leader of the company’s direct to consumer online sales as well as help opitmize user expeience and marketing efforts. This includes influencing brand strategy for communications, sales, and pricing and the recommendation and execution of eCommerce and online communications strategy and activation.  Ultimately responsible for online sales growth, the ideal candidate will be able to lead the company efforts and grow sales for all company websites. Ideally, they will also be able to help manage company website content, advise on social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and other media efforts supported by the brand team and external agencies. This is a role for an enthusiastic ecommerce focused individual who is looking to join a fantastic team in a fast growing industry that is evolving daily.
The eCommerce Manager will report directly to the Global Ecommerce Director and will be responsible for growing the company’s direct to consumer online sales and increasing the effectiveness of its online consumer experieince. He or she will be an integral leader and member within the larger team and will be supported by all available resources.
  • Develop ecommerce strategies that align with Manitoba Harvest digital strategy and direction
  • Driving sales on our owned consumer websites through a well-defined customer journey inclusive of

    • Pricing & Promotion
    • Content
    • Web Analytics
  • Manage ecommerce pricing landscape to maximize sales and profitability
  • Responsible for sales forecasting, budget management and timely communication across various internal functions.
  • Work with 3rd party service providers to develop strategies and execute plans to achieve goals
  • Monitor sales on a consistent basis, identifying trends, developing insights and taking action
  • Actively participate on the Ecommerce Sales Team through collaboration, communication, and best-practice sharing.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Human Resources, and Customer Marketing.
  • Consult on ecommerce content development and execution
  • Consult on ecommerce customer marketing strategies, tactics, and execution
Education, Experience & Skills:
  • A minimum 2-3 years in site merchandising, or for a transactional eCommerce website, experience in consumer goods preferred
  • BA or BS college degree
  • Deep knowledge of online business models & ecommerce/digital technology
  • A creative thinker and problem solver, thrive in fast- paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams
  • Direct To Consumer Website Management/Optimization/Development
  • Strong proficiency web analytics and the ability to use syndicated data to derive customer insights and opportunities that drive recommendations for action and desired results.
  • Knowledge of paid and organic search optimization/campaigns, social and digital media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create and deliver executive level presentations
  • Proficient in sales data analytics which includes post promotion analysis and general sales trends while utilizing multiple resources/reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office programs, syndicated data sources, and web analytics
