Assist the brand manager in the development and execution of tomorrow’s market-leading adult-use cannabis products, as well as development and execution of best-in-class above and below-the-line cannabis marketing campaigns.  This job demands a highly-motivated, self-directed problem solver, with an ability to learn and contribute quickly within a fast-past, rapidly evolving work environment.  Applicants should be passionate and be ready to quickly learn and emerse themselves in the exciting and still developing world of Canadian adult-use cannabis.
 
 
Roles and Responsibilities 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Manage and lead the day-to-day development of the next wave of market-leading cannabis products
  • Campaign Development: Manage day-to-day development and execution of best-in-class 360 marketing campaigns that set new standards for the cannabis industry
  • Financial and Project Management: Maintain budgets, and track projects through to their successful and timely completion.  Be the driver behind team success.
  • Product Expertise and Data Management: Become the product information authority.  Drive consistency across all consumer touch points.  Become a cannabis expert.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Always be building.  Never be settled with the status quo.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Master’s in business (MBA) or marketing a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office with emphasis on Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Experience / Background: 2 to 3 years of Marketing and/or creative agency experience.
  • Bilingual English / French a plus
  • Experience in CPG, alcohol, tobacco an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about their work
