Reporting to the Director of Partner and Consumer Care, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining, educating, assisting and retaining customer base, including third-party vendors. 
 
 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic that reflects the Vision and Core Values of Tilray and High Park
  • Ability to adhere to strict record-keeping while working in a heavily regulated industry
  • Communicate effectively and professionally across various departments and third-party vendors
  • Utilize skills to assist on many fronts according to business needs
  • Asset management and keeping team abreast of changes to policies, procedures and programs
  • Coordinate with team to maintain high service standards and response time
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations related to position and subsequent regulatory changes and changes to the industry overall
  • Assist Supervisory team with various duties according to business needs
  • Identifying areas for process flow improvements within Customer Services Team
  • Assist clients and consumers through phone and email with complaints, product info and various other issues
 
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • Personable, courteous, professional, love helping people and can hold your own in a conversation
  • Pride yourself on being timely and ready to work
  • Quick learner with computer systems and knowledge of the standard office programs
  • Great communicator (in person and offline)
  • You’re a top performer and constantly do your best
  • Interested in being a Brand Ambassador in a cutting-edge emerging industry
  • Utilize skills to assist on many fronts according to business needs
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations related to position and subsequent regulatory changes
