Healthcare Practitioner Director - Minneapolis, MN 
 
 
Summary:
Leads the Practitioner division’s go to market strategy and execution with all customers and business channel(s). Structures and directs all customer focused sales and customer service activities. Establishes budgets and accountabilities for all related organizational components. Elevates results while meeting objectives for sales, costs of sales, and customer directed investments. Must work closely with senior management members to drive profitable growth and results. Has ability to develop and lead organizational change as required to deliver corporate strategy.
 
This position will play a critical role in guiding the consumer and trade as they explore their relationship with the hemp plant as they transform health through the power of hemp education!
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Senior Sales Management team to develop business unit strategy and annual plans to achieve strategy
  • Responsible for the development of operating plans and budgets, as well as performance metrics
  • Responsible for an annual forecasting efforts and supporting S&OP processes.  Target, educate, and sell to HCPs (Direct or through Distributors); Build recommendations for our brand
  • Exhibit at key conferences and events
  • Develop a network of KOL educators/influencers
  • Work with Marketing Team & National Educator to develop HCP education, patient materials, continuing education programs, etc.
  • Deliver key financial performance metrics including net sales, sales expenses, profit
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, promotions, selling costs, new product initiatives, organization design, customer segment opportunities and results
  • Lead the development of strategic platform selling strategies, roll out the strategies, monitor effectiveness of chosen strategies and determine effective methods to improve future strategies
  • Responsible for strategic assessment of the company’s go to market approach, including sales and organizational alignments, that support business development. This includes sales and customer care
  • Establish and implement short and long range goals, objective, policies and operating procedures
  • Develops sales campaigns that augment programs to meet or exceed goals of the company
  • Responsible for developing relationships within the medical holistic/wellness community

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College Diploma/University degree in sciences, communications, or adult education; or an acceptable combination of field experience and education
  • Business to Business Sales experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and ethical business practices
  • Strong ability to effective communicate in oral and written formats to external accounts and internal team members
  • Excellent organizational aptitude with regard to arranging specific needs for groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office utilities (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
