Reporting to the Patient Services Supervisor and Manager, Patient Services Representatives are responsible for maintaining, educating, assisting and retaining patients join Tilray and purchase medical cannabis.
 
 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic that reflects the Vision and Core Values of Tilray
  • Ability to adhere to strict record-keeping in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Communicate effectively within PSR team and with our support teams in other departments
  • Utilize skills to assist on many fronts according to business needs
  • Asset management and keeping team abreast of changes to policies, procedures and programs
  • Coordinate with team to maintain adequate queue coverage and balance with off-phone duties
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations related to position and subsequent regulatory changes
  • Assist Patient Service Manager and PSR Supervisory team with various duties according to business needs
  • Identifying areas for process flow improvements within Patient Services Team
  • Assist patients (mainly via phone) with ordering and account maintenance
  • Expected shift – Mon - Thur 9:00am – 7:30pm
Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
  • Post – secondary education in related field is an asset
  • Knowledge of GMP is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with sales reps and internal departments
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
  • Strong knowledge of Cannabis Regulations in relation to Patient Services
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
