Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure product for processing is staged in a timely manner, support Manufacturing to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Reconcile product daily to ensure up to date inventory to optimize scheduling
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly counts - report discrepancies immediately to Inventory Supervisor
  • Perform daily transactions to ensure accurate inventory is maintained in our inventory software program – Acumatica
  • Complete documentation for each batch 
  • Communicate with all Manufacturing Leads in the event of errors, omissions, or discrepancies in returned materials
  • Initiate help requests for missing or incomplete product, work centers, and computer related problems
  • Notify QA and Inventory Supervisor of any deviations in processes in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback for process and system improvements
  • Must be able to lift up to 20kg / 45lbs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Grad 12 required; post – secondary education in related field is an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is an asset
  • Experience in inventory, basic accounting or warehousing is an asset
  • Strong problem identification and resolution, computer, and math skills are an asset
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
  • Able to interface directly with cross functional teams
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
