We are searching for a dynamic and energetic HR Manager to support the Manitoba Harvest/Tilray manufacturing locations in Manitoba (Winnipeg and Ste. Agathe). The successful candidate will will be responsible for oversight of general Human Resources including but not limited to, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, policy development, selection and recruitment, and reward and recognition. The incumbent works as a member of the Operations management team and provides the organization guidance on all Human Resources matters ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and best business practices are in place. The incumbent is also responsible for payroll and for the development of the Human Resources operating budget and Occupational Health & Safety pertaining to ability/disability management.
