Global Brand Associate, Innovation - Minneapolis, MN 
Manitoba Harvest is expanding to deliver transformational growth.  This position will play a key role in the development and commercialization of a new brand in a high growth area for the company.  The right candidate will possess a highly collaborative communication style, an ability to form deep trusting relationships, an agile entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and delivering against commitments to keep the business moving and developing.
The Global Brand Associate – Innovation responsibilities include:
  • Identify and assess multiple growth opportunities
  • Build business cases leveraging primary and secondary data
  • Execute wide range of innovation/renovation projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams through new product development
  • Refine and lead internal Stage Gate process
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Detail-oriented with ability to help navigate fast-paced, complex projects
  • Strategic thinking
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Leverage primary and secondary data to make insightful decisions
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills – comfort with presenting to senior leadership
