Clare Oaks offers Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) a Five Star environment where they assist the professional nursing staff by providing residents with the residents’ daily routine of nursing care and services. When you join the team, you will have the opportunity to provide patient centered care to approximately 10 residents in Long Term Care and between 8 – 11 residents in Short Term Rehab.
Clare Oaks offers and new competitive starting rate with opportunities for advancement. New employees receive hands on training and a formalized orientation program.

Work with a great team in a fantastic Community!
- Completion of the Illinois CNA course and passed competency exam
- 6 months of experience as a CNA in long-term care, preferred
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
