Position Summary:
Primary advocate in leading communication and education efforts about Life Link III’s services and programs.  Builds strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers of Life Link III.  Works with the Dir, Marketing & Communications to present and maintain a consistent brand image for Life Link III.

  1. Customer Contacts
  • Develop and maintain customer contacts throughout the Life Link III service area.
  • Responsible for developing a strong referral data base, executing the plan resulting in increased awareness and utilization of services.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an organized data base of current and potential referral sources.
    • Creates and delivers monthly inquiry reports identifying referral sources, admissions, dispositions and trends.
    • Completes monthly summary report of marketing activities, contacts, referrals made to Life Link III.
  • Schedules and implements networking visits and events with assigned territory professionals.
  • Collaborates with the Dir, Marketing & Communication on the development of generating new service opportunities.
  1. State/Local Relationships
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with local and state agencies and employers to develop mutual beneficial outcomes.
  1. Outreach
  • Ensures that at all times, Life Link III is represented and portrayed to the outside community in the highest ethical and moral regard.
  • Perform outreach, communications, PR, marketing media duties as required.
  • Responsible for creating a Business Plan for the assigned territory and implements activities in a timely manner.
    • Demonstrates the ability to assess/track measurement metrics and works with the team on achieving desired outcomes.
  • Identifies, develops and maintains professional relationships in his/her assigned territory.
  1. Customer Concerns
  • Follow up with customers regarding their concerns, issues, problems
  1. Special Events/Programs
  • Collaborate with the Dir, Marketing & Communication and the VP, Employee & Customer Engagement on special events and programs.
    • Schedules and helps facilitate professional speaking engagements.
  • Establishes and maintains exhibit booths at specified conferences and presentations.
  • Exercises initiatives in researching new marketing opportunities and tools.
  • Responsible for input and maintenance of marketing items, mailings, flier assembly, disbursement and placement among internal base locations, exhibits, etc.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Dir, Marketing & Communication and Life Link III’s leadership team.
  • Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Strong relationship building skills with organizations and individuals.
  • Schedule flexibility to support attendance at evening and weekend events as needed.
Must perform work in the manner prescribed by documented work process in order to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, accreditation standards and laws that apply, specifically work processes that involve billing practices, for avoiding activities that constitute fraud and abuse.
