MANAGER INFLIGHT SERVICE - DEN
The Manager Inflight Service is directly responsible to the Director, Inflight Service for all Operational, Regulatory, Disciplinary, Collective Bargaining and legality issues within the DEN domicile. Responsible for gathering and providing the Director, Inflight Service information regarding operational performance and achievement of established goals and objectives.
To serve as the Manager Inflight Service, a person must:
Have been or currently is a certified Flight Attendant as issued by the Department of Transportation/FAA and is knowledgeable of all aircraft operated by the carrier.
Have flight line experience as a qualified Flight Attendant. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1.The Manager Inflight Service is the direct manager for all Flight Attendants assigned to the Denver domicile and performs duties assigned by the Director, Inflight Service.
2.Must be knowledgeable of all company policies, applicable federal aviation regulations and able to effectively advise flight attendants of the proper application of such regulations.
3.The Manager Inflight Service will guide, coach and counsel Flight Attendants to achieve a consistent and exceptional level of In-flight service.
4. Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, and problem solving skills required. Administrative employee handling required.
o Computer knowledge in Word/Excel/Netline/Rainmaker/Q-Pulse Reporting System/ PowerPoint is mandatory.
o Ability to work and perform independent of direct supervision and successfully direct and motivate the performance of others.
o Must have the ability to take charge and accomplish positive results. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
o Dedication to the highest level of Customer Service is mandatory.
o Must be able to relocate to the Denver, Colorado area.
