Wingman Program Coordinator
 
GoJet’s Wingman Program is a cadet program that helps low time pilots’ network with the airline and provides them benefits and mentorship through the current pilots at GoJet while building up to their ATP minimums. Responsible for tracking all active participants, planning Wingman visits, booking Wingman travel, and acting as a recruiter and liaison between GoJet and various Flight Schools and Universities.
This role reports to the Manager of Pilot Recruiting and is part time; based in St. Louis, MO. A minimum of 3 workdays per week from STL is required for the role. Minimal travel is required for the position.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Actively track and record flight time progression of active Wingman.
  2. Book travel and hotels for Wingman Visits
  3. Maintain contact with nearly 250 participants and growing
  4. Conduct initial interviews for new Wingman applicants
  5. Work with Recruiters & Ambassadors to coordinate University / flight school visits
  6. Encourage active participation in the aviation community
  7. Represent GoJet Airlines professionally during all recruiting events and Wingman Visits
  8. Able to travel on short notice
  9. Able to devote 3 day blocks at least once a month to Wingman Visits
  10. Able to pass a criminal background check and be able to obtain a SIDA badge with escort privileges
  11. Be extremely knowledgeable of GoJet benefits, bonuses, policies, crew procedures and flows, and of the CRJ700 and 900.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Pilot/Student Pilot that is current
  2. Associates or Bachelors degree in an Aviation related field or a minimal of 1 year industry experience.
  3. Administrative work experience to include use of Microsoft Office products.
