NORMAL WORK HOURS: 1st Shift    
FLSA STATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt

Pathways is a halfway house that is designed to assist women involved in the criminal justice system reintegrate into the community.  The Clinical Corrections Provider is responsible for individualized client services provided in a setting providing addictions services.  Duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating client behaviors and outcomes while ensuring appropriate level/type of service is provided. 
  • With close supervision; conducts interviews and administers assessments and screening instruments as defined by certification
  • Maintain caseload and productivity by ensuring regular contact with clients to monitor and assess progress
  • Lead educational groups and/or facilitate group curriculum
  • Write service plans, review progress and determine updates needed in collaboration with client and team
  • Utilize approved best practice model working with clients in individual or group setting
  • Deliver on-going services to clients which may include: crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, and referral and linkage to community resources as needed
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and agency policies
  • Document all clinical activities to meet specific program, funder and regulatory criteria timely and with accuracy
  • Participate in team meetings and assist in making recommendations for client status changes
  • Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to provide group and individual substance use disorder services
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong ethical and professional behavior.  
  • Ability to relate to and interact with a wide variety of people in an ethical, culturally sensitive and respectful manner
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing
  • Ability to utilize technology including electronic service documentation system
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or related field or;  
  • Equivalent work experience as allowed/required by regulatory bodies
  • Previous work experience in court and corrections
  • Will be required to work 1 late night per week and 1 Saturday per month
