WORK HOURS: 1st Shift/ 2nd Shift/ 3rd Shift     
FLSA STATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt

Serenity Hall is a 36 bed adult male residential facility that provides clients with corrective thinking, employment, housing, and court assistance. The Resident Advisor will provide excellent customer service to Talbert House clients to ensure safety, care and monitoring.  The position requires the ability to give direction, monitor behavior and take action in a variety of residential settings in our Court and Corrections and Housing programs.

  • Direct client activities.
  • Assist clients and peers in making decisions utilizing established protocols.
  • Observe, investigate situations, report findings, and take action as appropriate to job role.
  • Able to perform witnessed UA collections
  • Perform related security and safety functions.
  • Assist with self-administration of medication and maintain documentation.
  • Perform routine intake duties as required by site.
  • Complete and provide accurate and timely documentation and record keeping

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must complete an internal training process to become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire
  • A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance may be required
