The Administrative Specialist is located in Georgetown, Ohio, hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (must be flexible). In this position, you will provide excellent customer service and serve as specialized administrative support to the program/department. The ADM position is responsible for but not limited to: using appropriate office systems to perform administrative tasks, keeping records and producing work in a confidential, accurate and timely manner. Position is located in Georgetown, Ohio, hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (must be flexible)
  • Serve as general administrative support to program or department. Produces typed routine and confidential correspondence, reports, proofreads material for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete and provide accurate and timely documentation and record keeping.
  • Provides preliminary contact with public, visitors, callers.
  • Communicate key information in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Completes forms, files and records in a confidential, accurate, timely manner.
  • Uses appropriate automated office systems and software to perform administrative tasks.
  • Obtains, organizes, drafts technical and administrative materials for public information or organizational use.
  • Efficiently operates personal computer to enter, edit and/or retrieve data and to produce reports and documentation.

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in administrative role
  • Must be able to Type 40 wpm
  • A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Intermediate knowledge formulas, graphic tables, computation and spreadsheets
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Adhere to acceptable professional/clinical and confidential
  • General organizational and analytical skills
