Roskam Baking Company is a fourth generation; family owned and operated business, which has been making a variety of delicious bakery products and snacks since 1923. We are headquartered in Grand Rapids and operate several business units where we are a manufacturing partner to a number of major national food companies. We also have our own product lines under the Rothbury Farms and Grandpa’s Oven brands.
We are rapidly growing and looking for talented Human Resource professionals to join our team. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to enhance, improve, and add value to our food manufacturing organizations. In this role you will provide coaching and support to the operations leadership teams while utilizing your knowledge to operate as an agent for change and offer new strategies to improve our talent development and employee engagement programs. If you have experience in the areas of employee relations, performance management, Human Resource processes, project management, compliance, and recruiting, and want an opportunity to grow – we want to talk to you.
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with least 5 years of general human resources experience. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred as well as PHR/SPHR and labor relations experience.
