Role Description:
The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for the management and implementation of projects throughout the Merchandising division including, but not limited to, process and workflow improvements, strategic initiatives, new programs, and resource analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and implement project plans
  • Coordinate internal resources and external parties
  • Ensure deadlines, objectives, and projects are met on time
  • Streamline processes to help improve efficiencies
  • Develop dynamic and detailed plans or blueprints for each project or project proposal
  • Facilitate training and divisional communication when changes and project are implemented
Education and Experience:
Minimum:
  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience improving business processes and creative project completion
  • Experience working with variety of internal employee and external relationships
  • Comfortable working in small collaborative team and large training environments
  • Familiar with team collaboration tools and project management
