Description      The INCOM division of Do it Best offers products and services to our members who occupy the B2B space. The INCOM Coordinator is typically the first line of communication between members and vendors for this program. The ideal candidate will possess high personal work standards including accuracy, completeness, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism.  The ideal candidate will display drive and enthusiasm; be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The INCOM Coordinator position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written and be resourceful in solving problems and able to be flexible if an alternative course of action is needed.  A successful candidate must be proficient in the use of Windows and Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
 
  • Work with Director of INCOM and INCOM team to gather information, expedite, and complete projects
  • Answer telephone and respond to INCOM member and field staff inquiries for problem solving and providing assistance
  • Maintain and organize INCOM sales literature for distribution to the INCOM team and members
  • Maintain and organize INCOM vendor information for distribution to the INCOM team and members
  • Assist with preparation, proofing, and vendor debiting for the INCOM catalog
  • Prepare documents, materials, presentations and other projects for the spring and fall markets
  • Help with coordinating information for INCOM prospecting campaigns
  • Update and maintain information in SalesPoint, MMS, incomsupply.com and mydoitbest.com
  • Manage vendor debiting for INCOM catalog
  • Help out INCOM with additional projects and tasks as needed
 
 
Education and Experience
 
                  Minimum    
  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated familiarity with using standard business computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and internal mainframe
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
 
                  Desired
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Experience using SharePoint, CRM database, advanced knowledge of Access and Excel
  • Experience or familiarity with Do it Best Corp. or INCOM Distributor Supply
