Brief summary of the organization and the position:
The Web and Digital Communications Coordinator works to strengthen fundraising and communications from digital channels.  The Web and Digital Communications Coordinator will collaborate with the Development team to ensure that CRSC website(s) content supports the brand and program, execute all digital fundraising campaigns, expand digital communications, and work with other internal stakeholders to implement strategies to enhance constituent engagement and multi-channel integration.  This Coordinator will work to ensure consistency in messaging and voice across all communication platforms. 
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
  • Responsible for maintaining sites’ content and managing functionality.
  • Participates in website strategic planning and key participant in strategy execution
  • Execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns via digital media with development and programs teams.
  • Coordinate development of peer-to-peer fundraising programs.
  • Participate in strategy development, production, and coordination for email campaigns, digital program newsletters and program updates.
  • Identify and implement best practices related to social media audience generation/maintenance, online interests, online and mobile donation forms. 
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of multi-channel communication calendars.
  • Curate, edit and publish content on social media platforms, to include blogs, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. 
  • Track quantitative and qualitative campaign results and compile relevant reports for management.
  • Occasionally participate in off-site events or activities in support of communication and outreach effort.
  • Use CMS to update content and functionality of existing websites.
  • Fluency in both PC and Mac platforms required.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, best practices, quality indicators and project needs of online fundraising.
  • High level of proficiency with Outlook, HTML and CSS, CMS and a variety of e-mail marketing platforms.  Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Design Suite and Microsoft Word.
  • 1+ years experience with development of strategic online initiatives, campaign concepts and messaging.
  • 2+ years combined experience in managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and related platforms including campaign planning and cross-platform integration.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
