The primary responsibility of the Marketing and Admissions Assistant is to manage all activities related to campaigns for lead generation and/or reactivation.  This position updates the database, enters and updates prospective leads (using Salesforce), and sets appointments for sales staff.  The position is responsible for project management of sales and marketing activities including but not limited to: segments of direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, events and promotions planning.  The Marketing and Admissions Assistant creates and runs various reports for lead base and marketing statistics.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Handling logistical arrangements for marketing seminars: scheduling dates, locating appropriate meeting spaces, arranging catering, paying for deposits and services, confirming reservations
  • Performing data entry of required sales lead information; compiling necessary reports, maintaining up-to-date documentation of mailing lists and contacts
  • Assembling sales collateral and materials needed for informational marketing seminars and other sales-related events, as well as applications and contract packets for Plan Counselor, assuring that all documents are updated regularly as changes are made
  • Participating in the development of tactics and plans based on analysis
  • Designing and creating monthly seminar invitations and newsletters
  • Processing applications for admission and contracts for membership on a timely basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service at all times
  • Excellent organizational, project management and decision making skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Wordpress and Publisher preferred
