The Supervisor is responsible for:
Facilitating nursing floor operations in accordance with federal state and local regulations and standards
Ensuring that each resident receives quality care
Encouraging each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical, physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
Communicating well with team members, residents and family members
High levels of patience and compassion for others
Position Requirements:
LPN/RN license
Related health care experience preferably in a continuing care senior living community or hospital.
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Microsoft office proficiency. Electronic medical records knowledge preferred.
Demonstrates professional excellence and customer service focus.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking the English language
