Life Enriching Communities, an integrated family of lifestyle communities and senior living services in greater Cincinnati, is seeking a Part Time Sales Specialist for Confident Living, our Continuing Care at Home program.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Specialist is to achieve Confident Livingâ„  new member sales goals by personally selling to assigned leads while also acting as the consistent face of Confident Living during prospect, professional and consulting presentations.  This position will work with prospects through a process to close sales at a rate established by the Marketing and Sales Plan.  This will be achieved through developing and converting leads who are interested qualified customers into applicants followed by approved applicants becoming members.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Achieve sales goals as defined by the Sales and Marketing Plan with the support of the Executive Director
  • Complete the number of new and follow-up calls necessary to generate the volume of private appointments needed to meet defined sales goals
  • Accurate and timely documentation and tracking of all sales activity
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of marketing events and activities as needed, conduct seminar presentations
  • Identify and cultivate new sources of leads
  • Ability to accurately establish and maintain a process for documentation and tracking of prospects using available lead management database system.
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. Demonstrated sales ability preferably in a senior services and/or health/wellness arena. LTC Insurance sales experience a plus.
  • Specific quantifiable strength in the following areas: conceptual selling, situation relationship selling, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service at all times.
  • Excellent organization, project management, analytical and decision making skills.
