Twin Towers, one of the nation's finest senior living communities in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Full Time Wellness Coordinator.

The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Creating an environment conducive for wellness throughout the department and the campus at large. 
  • Serving as the departmental contact for the flow of information and the processes involved in the daily business.
  • Collaborating with other departments as well as community at large to provide wellness programming.
Required Education and Experience
  • Associate Degree in a Health Related field required, Bachelor of Science in a health related or gerontology field, preferred, with coursework that minimally includes: Exercise Prescription, Exercise Physiology, Gerontology, Health Promotion/Education, and Wellness.
  • Prefer previous experience in exercise programming and working with the older adult population as it relates to exercise and wellness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain, within the first 6 months of employment, the following certifications:
    • CPR
    • Basic Water Safety  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to produce basic reports, using technology.
  • Personally reflect an image of wellness and live out the six dimensions of wellness.
  • Demonstrate a familiarity with the relationship between exercise and other wellness programming and the older adult.
  • Successful passing of a physical and drug screen
