Conveniently situated in a prime downtown location, just steps from the Salt Palace Convention Center, each of our studio, one- and two-bedroom suites feature a full-size kitchen, 42-inch LCD TV, free Wi-Fi and separate areas for living, working and sleeping. Amenities also include Marriott luxury bedding, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet and evening socials. Located within walking distance of two major shopping areas - The Gateway and City Creek Center; our hotel is also near popular restaurants and some of Salt Lake City's finest attractions.
POSITION TITLE: HOTEL FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER
REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager
We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people who enjoy working with others and take pleasure in providing outstanding hospitality to our guests.Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Welcome's guests to the hotel and assures they have a great visit to the Residence Inn and Salt Lake City. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts required, 7 days a week.
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired but not essential. We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people who enjoy working with others and take pleasure in providing outstanding hospitality to our guests.
